Parenting Plan & Time Sharing Schedule Generator
This product is to prepare a one time Parenting Plan and is for client use – not attorney use. If you need a parenting plan for your Divorce, Paternity or Dependency Case, PARBasic is for you. It is EASY, COMPLETE and CLEAR. It is as easy as answering some questions to have your Parenting Plan. Here is a short explanation of how PARBasic works.
PARBasic asks you to fill in answers to questions. There are 2 separate questionnaires:
- Parenting Plan Questionnaire
- Time-Sharing Schedule Questionnaire
For many questions PARBasic gives suggested answers. If you do not like the suggested answer for your case, it can be easily removed. If a correct answer is not given for the particular question, PARBasic always gives you the choice of skipping the question or filling in your own answer.
With each answer PARBasic begins creating your Plan document.
When you have completed all questions in the Parenting Plan Questionnaire, click the printer, check your work and print your Plan. Of course you can later go back and change provisions if needed.
Repeat the process for the Time-Sharing Schedule Questionnaire. When you have completed all questions in the Time-Sharing Schedule Questionnaire, click the printer, check your work and print your Time-Sharing Schedule. Of course you can later go back and change provisions if needed.
Attach the Time-Sharing Schedule to the Parenting Plan and submit it to the Court and opposing party. YOU ARE DONE.
