Many common problems logging into your Client area can be solved using this troubleshooting guide.

I forgot my username or password.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, there are several things you can do. First, look to see if you have saved a copy of your "Welcome" message which was sent when you became a Client. If you still have a copy of this welcome message, your original username and password will be located in this message.

If you do not have your welcome message OR you've changed your password since then, you can use the Password Reminder feature to have your username and password emailed to you.

I know I have the right password, but it isn't working.
Check your CAPSLOCK key on your keyboard. Passwords are case sensitive - if you are typing your password with different letter case it will not be recognized as the correct password. For example: MYPASS, mypass, and MyPass are all three "different" passwords.

Be sure that you are not entering spaces or special characters in your username and password.

Make sure your browser is configured correctly to allow you to login.
